Ivetta Karapetian has spent more than 30 years working in professional skincare, building her practice around something experience taught her early on: no two clients — and no two complexions — should be treated exactly alike. Her approach begins with understanding the individual, from the condition and history of their skin to their concerns, preferences and long-term goals.

Over the years, her work has grown to include advanced facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, infusion treatments, corrective skincare and other aesthetic services. Throughout it all, Ivetta has remained closely involved with her clients, adapting treatments as their skin changes and placing long-term skin health ahead of trends or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Before creating Calista Aesthetic, Ivetta developed Nika Skin Lab as the home for her skincare practice and treatment philosophy. The experience she built through Nika ultimately became part of something larger: a vision for a space where clients could access skincare, beauty and wellness services while still receiving the personal attention of experienced professionals.

That vision became Calista Aesthetic. As its founder, Ivetta continues to work directly with her clients while shaping Calista around the same principles that have guided her throughout her career — experience, individuality and care that begins with understanding the person behind the appointment.
